Dr. Otero attended medical school and completed his residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Otero is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His medical interests include: Obstetrics, Laparoscopic Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery. Dr. Otero helped introduce the technique of laparoscopic subtotal hysterectomy to the Valley.
